Kyle Pugh
Dallas lawyer, C. Kyle Pugh, is a graduate of the Southern Methodist University School of Law. Kyle also holds a Master of Science in Microbiology and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, both from Texas A&M University. Kyle’s unique education affords him a diverse range of experiences to draw upon in representing clients. Kyle has the ability to understand the medicine and science involved in complex cases. He also draws upon his training in psychology to effectively communicate with jurors and judges when presenting his clients’ cases.
Upon graduating from law school in 1994, Kyle immediately began representing clients who have been victims of corporate greed and negligence. Kyle is a tenacious litigator and effective advocate. His desire to win in the courtroom is second to none.
Kyle Pugh is licensed to practice law both in the States of Texas and Colorado as well as the United States District Court, Northern District of Texas. Kyle has litigated in many appellate courts throughout the State of Texas including the Texas Supreme Court.
Trey Allen
Born and raised in Dallas, Texas, John H. “Trey” Allen, III is a serious personal injury lawyer devoted to serving the interests of injured victims and their families. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Texas in Austin and went on to obtain his Juris Doctor degree from Dallas Southern Methodist University in 1993. During law school, Mr. Allen gained valuable experience and insight into the practice of law by working for a law office. This experience helped Mr. Allen acquire the knowledge and practical skills that he needed to start his own firm after obtaining his law license.
Even as a young attorney, Mr. Allen was able to effectively handle criminal, family, employment, and personal injury cases that were typically only reserved for more seasoned lawyers. This experience served him very well as he was better equipped to deal with complex litigation and a very diverse clientele. Mr. Allen eventually went on to devote his practice exclusively to helping injured victims. Since then, he has worked on building a steady track record of obtaining successful, winning verdicts while simultaneously maintaining a solid reputation for being committed to ethics, professionalism, and client advocacy.
Mr. Allen has won many verdicts, some which were more than 20 times the offer of the original settlement. He has also obtained hundreds of settlements for his clients, some in the millions. Currently representing clients in various types of personal injury cases nationwide, Mr. Allen is a member of the American Association for Justice, Texas Trial Lawyers Association, and the State Bar of Texas.
